Our renovation project for the National Organization of Industrial Trade Unions consisted of two parts: the first was the renovation of the main Administration Offices, including finishes, lighting systems, furniture, the executive office suite, and conference room with new AV, and lighting, the addition of exterior windows and upgrade of the front elevation, and subsurface waterproofing.

Jeffrey Berman Architect had previously extended this building with the addition of a two storey over a cellar addition of 10,000 sf.

The second part of the project was the renovation of the Louis Laskey Medical and Dental Center consisting of the renovation of 10 dental operatories, including new dental chairs, lighting, millwork and finishes; the provision of two sterile work areas,; upgrade of power, IT, and compressed air systems; renovation of the circulation and waiting rooms with the provision of new ceilings, finishes, lighting and furniture; renovation of Administration offices and new conference/training facilities; and roof refurbishment and 5 new roof lights.
