This project is a renovation of a freestanding single-story building to accommodate a single specialty gastrointestinal endoscopy ambulatory surgery center, two clinical spaces and a BSL-2 lab.

The Article 28 Endoscopic facility consists of four (4) procedure rooms with eight (8) prep and eleven (11) recovery bays along with new infrastructure including new emergency generator. 

The project was phased to allow the client to continue their practice with minor disturbances occurring only when the practice would move to a newly renovated section of the project until the whole of the project was completed. The project also was required to maintain te function the client's Pathology lab throughout the construction schedule.
